ViralSort Payment and Billing Policy

This Payment and Billing Policy outlines how payments, subscriptions, and usage limits are managed on ViralSort. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our plans, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Payment Processor

All payments on ViralSort are securely processed through Stripe, Inc., a trusted third-party payment gateway. We do not store or process your credit or debit card information directly. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data using industry-standard encryption.

2. Pricing and Plans

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). ViralSort offers various subscription plans designed to meet different user needs. Pricing details are available on our website and within the Web App.

We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features at any time. If you are an active subscriber, you will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your current subscription.

3. Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal

3.1 Billing Cycle

Plans are billed on either a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal from your account settings before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

4. Free Trials

Some plans may include a limited-time free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

ViralSort operates on a no-refundpolicy. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time or features
  • Plan downgrades or cancellations after payment

If you believe you have been billed in error or encountered a technical issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription total based on your billing address and local regulations. You are responsible for any such taxes as required by law.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, your access to paid features may be temporarily suspended. You will be notified and asked to update your payment method. We will retry the payment before automatically cancelling your subscription.

8. Invoices and Receipts

A digital receipt will be sent to your email after each successful payment, generated by Stripe. You can also view and download invoices from your ViralSort account dashboard.

9. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.

10. Plan Switching and Limit Reset

If you switch to a different plan during an active subscription, your current plan will be replaced immediately. All features, usage limits, and your billing cycle will reset based on the newly selected plan at the moment of the switch.

If you reach your usage limit before the billing cycle ends, you can instantly purchase any plan—including the one you’re currently on—to reset your limits and start a new billing cycle from the time of purchase.

For yearly plans, switching is intentionally blocked in your dashboard to prevent accidental downgrades or unintended plan changes. If you are on a yearly plan and wish to change plans or require an instant limit extension, please contact our support team directly.
