ViralSort Refund Policy

At ViralSort, we are committed to delivering a seamless and effective experience through our Web App and Chrome Extension. As our services are digital and subscription-based, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on ViralSort are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly and yearly subscription fees
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Repeat purchases to reset usage limits
  • Partial use of services
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after use

Once payment is successfully processed via Stripe, Inc., we are unable to issue a refund, reversal, or credit.

2. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you have been wrongfully charged more than once or have made an accidental payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. If verified, we will issue a refund for the duplicate or mistaken charge.

3. Technical Issues

We do not offer refunds for temporary technical issues unless:

  • The issue is caused directly by our system
  • It significantly prevents access to the purchased features
  • Our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds under this condition are subject to our review and approval.

4. Free Trials

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid plan, the transaction becomes non-refundable.

5. Immediate Billing

If you purchase a plan without a free trial, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental subscription
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension or a permanent ban from the platform. We encourage users to resolve billing issues through our support channel before escalating through your payment provider.
